Valuation
We value all principal property types (i.e., residential, commercial, industrial, institutional, mining and agricultural) to internationally accepted standards for various purposes such as sale, purchase, compensation, insurance, accounting, mortgage, national and municipal taxation (rating) and letting. Rating
The rating Act No. 12 of 1997 provides among other things that a Main Valuation Roll should be prepared once every five (5) years and supplementary Valuation Roll any time within the five-year period. In this respect S P Mulenga, has one of the highly qualified members of staff who can competently assist local authorities in preparing the Valuation Rolls (Lists). Apart from undertaking such exercises, the firm is also well placed in assisting those property owners who feel that their property(ies) have been either wrongly entered or overstated by objecting on their behalf and appearing before the Rating Valuation Tribunal to defend the objection(s).
